- Working type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

2. Job Description
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using IBOM software.
- Train and guide customers on software usage to ensure they fully understand the features and apply them effectively.
- Assist customers during the implementation process and resolve any arising issues.
- Configure and customize the system according to the specific needs of each business.
- Work closely with the technical team to modify and upgrade the product as required.
- Research and propose process improvement solutions to optimize software deployment.
- Report weekly/monthly implementation progress to management.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in ERP, CRM, accounting, or HR software implementation is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of construction, project management, or Quantity Surveying (QS).
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer training skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and solve problems flexibly.
- Knowledge of SQL and data structures is an advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
