2. Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers in construction, investment, project execution, manufacturing, trading, and service industries.
- Consult and introduce IBOM software solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
- Negotiate contracts and assist customers during software implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Propose market development strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Report work progress on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to management.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in software consulting, B2B sales is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of construction, project management, or construction execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
