2. Job Description
- Perform software testing for IBOM according to project requirements.
- Create test cases and test plans based on system design documents and business specifications.
- Set up testing environments, execute tests, and report results.
- Research and apply testing tools to improve the testing process.
- Provide professional training for team members.
- Propose process improvements to enhance product quality.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
- Experience in software testing and participation in real projects is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software testing processes.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications; familiarity with API testing and Performance Testing tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of web platforms.
- Knowledge of IT security is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management, procurement, and warehousing is beneficial.
- Candidates with experience in the construction industry or Quantity Surveyor (QS) work are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, handle high-pressure tasks, and meet deadlines.
